1. Validity

All deliveries are subject to our General Conditions.

All information made available to us (address, telephone no., email address etc) is never handed on to third parties.

3. Liability

Our liability is restricted to refunding the purchase price.

4. Proprietary Rights

The goods remain the property of Naturwesenverlag Ulrike Spitzer until complete payment has been received.

5. Conclusion of Contract

The customer’s order constitutes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the goods ordered. The purchaser thus accepts our General Conditions. The purchase contract has been concluded when the order form has been filled in correctly by the purchaser and has been dispatched, and the purchaser has received the confirmation of order by email or payment by credit card has been made.

6. Payment

The goods ordered are to be paid for in advance including total shipping cost.

7. Shipping Costs (from Europe)

The shipping costs for up to 2 DVDs as follows:

within Austria - 4,00 €
within Europe - Economy 5,00 €; Priority 6,00 €
to rest of World - Economy 7,00 €; Priority 8,00 €

3 to 9 DVDs:
within Austria - 6,00 €
within Europe - Economy 8,50 €; Priority 9,50 €
to rest of World - Economy 15,00 €; Priority 16,00 €

10 DVDs and more:
free of shipping costs

8. Delivery

We assure you that we will deal with your order promptly. As a rule we despatch the goods no later than 3 working days after receipt of payment.

9. Cancellation

If the seal on a dvd has been broken, it is not possible to cancel the order or return it nor receive a refund.

10. Choise-of-low Clause

Austrian law shall apply.
